Nice man. Lots of interesting detail. The things I'd say are: work on anatomy and realistic posing/etc before you get too carried away with detail. I used to do the same thing -- spend ages detailing a drawing when basic basic stuff wasn't right in the first place. Better to draw lots of simple line drawings until the basics sink in, then work on prettying up the images. Secondly, more dynamic shading will make the image appear more lifelike and 3 dimensional. It will also keep the image from looking too cluttered with detail. Also, remember, don't be afraid to black out dark shadows, even if there's detail there... shadows are very important, and can just as easily hint at hidden detail to the same effectiveness or even more so than if you actually drew the detail.

With regards to the shadows, you need a larger *range* of shadows. The darkests spots should be much darker and the lighter spots much lighter. It all looks like varying shades of gray at the moment. A bigger range will give it more life and make for a much more dynamic image.

alright, well, i scanned a nother drawing i just did (tryed to do it poster like ) and well.. i think its shadows r very good, even though i like this pic more...
